    Refund eligibility is determined entirely by the fare rules of the airline you have booked with. Tickets can be non-refundable, partially refundable, or fully refundable.   2. Processing Time

    Once a refund request is initiated and approved by the respective airline, we typically process the amount within 1 to 7 working days. Please note that the final timeline can vary depending on the airline and banking procedures.

  3. Service Charges

    To cover administrative costs associated with processing cancellations and refunds, a small, non-refundable service fee may be applied by TraveLinks. This fee is separate from any cancellation penalties imposed by the airline.

  4. Mode of Refund

    All refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the booking. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to that same credit card.
